Very nice and kind owner. Wanted to get the croissant but sold out. So I brought the pain au chocolat. She gave me another smaller version of pain au chocolat( not sure what the name but is double layer chocolate) for free. Both are equally good. Merci Beaucoup.

The best bakery in Carcassonne. Their croissants and pains au chocolat are so pretty and delicious!!! It's a lovely family business and they put so much love and effort into what they do and they are very friendly and welcoming to their customers. 100% recommend.

Warm smiles and happy greetings even at 06:00. Hot bread and croissants fresh from the oven and a coffee pick-me-up sets the tone for a great day. One warning, it is very, very difficult to resist snacking on the baguette on your way home. Buy at least two!
